I know I haven't shown my face in here for some time, but I am still available via email at any time, or 0113 2441448 during office hours and half days on Saturdays.

Remember, steer well clear of non-VSIB installers (-:

Regards,

Max

Is there anyone who checks up on VSIB installers ?

My install seems to be problematic, plus, in my opinion, very poorly carried out.

If as a customer you have problems with your security system and you've given your installer what you feel to be plenty of opportunity to sort it out, on the reverse of your VSIB certificate there is a complaints procedure. The VSIB would like to hear about any shoddy service or malpractice whatsoever, whether your certificate was issued by an accredited installer or not. Just remember to give your installer a chance to sort out your problem before contacting the VSIB.
