Sigma M30 alarm Query
I have just bought myself a 99 Subraru (very pleased with it I might say!) and am trying to rest the PIN to something I can remember. In the manaul is says to do the following:
Type in *, *, existing pin, *, 92, *, new pin, *, new pin, #
It then says you should hear a chirp to confirm.
The key is not in the ignition and the security system is disarmed but I am not getting any noise after I have completed the action.
Can anyone help?
How do I confirm the Pin is now changed?
The other problem I have is that I got two keyfobs with the car but had to replace the batteries in one fob and now it does not unlock the car. What should I do to get it working? I don't realy want to take it to a dealership as there is no one near me.
Thanks for your help!
