Ive had a Clifford Concept 300 and a Tracker Monitor fitted to my 93WRX. After 5 phonecalls i still havent received my original copy for my Concept300 and i have no proof that ive had a Tracker Monitor fitted. The only thing i have is a faxed certificate for my Concept300, and direct debit forms from Tracker. Can somebody please tell me what i should of received for the tracker as proof.

Was the dealer Clifford approved? If so get on to Clifford UK and get them to sort it. If not i'd go round there and tell em your not leaving till you get it, or get some advice from Trading standards.

 

yes the dealer is Clifford approved. They insist i shouldnt have anything to prove i have a Tracker. I think ill just go straight to Trading standards.

The tracker cert. came from tracker for mine... just the black info folder from the installer... took a few months and a few phone calls to finally get it thou..

 

I just faxed the carbon copy of the receipt/registration form to my insurer and that's all the proof they needed.

iffy

had mine fitted by dealer who sent the stuff off without my signature for direct debit. took 2 months for tracker to get to my paper work then another month to get everythimg sorted.

got the impression that they have a bigger backlog than the passport office.

if its for your insurance ask them to fax certificate direct to your insurance broker.
