Some of you may know,as weve spoken about this before,Ive had loads of trouble with my Tracker system 6-7 false alarm phone calls some in the middle of the night, all due to a faulty motion censor, and three months wait to get it fixed.

Has been finally fixed after 2 visits from their fitter.

Now then Ive just recieved the re-subcribtion letter from them for keeping it on line for another 12 months.

They have not mentioned the fact that its been malfuctioning for three months, they just want a full amount for 12 months,or they will turn it off.

Should I try someone else or ask for a re-duction in the subscribtion?

Advise please Yoza

Or switch your insurance to Frizzell, who for over-30s don't require a Tracker.

Good stuff, most of these places are switched on to customer service. I had an "issue" with navtrak, and they sorted it out to both our satisfaction

I was told by Priveledge that I did not need a tracker, when I phoned back to check this was correct i was then told you only need a tracker if you want the car covered for theft, so watch it guys, remember the small print!!
