Yes, but it will need to be done by a tracker-approved person and recertified. Phone tracker to get the full skinny...

hmm - my car is a total loss (but has tracker installed) ..

there is no point in taking the tracker out then??

You cant take the actual unit out AFAIK.

But what you can do is transfer your subscription (I beleive, anyway) to another car. Probably needs you would have to stump up for a new tracker though....

I think that is right - I think my dad said that is what he has just done with his new car - transfered his account over - and I think I remember seeing a charge for a tracker and fitment on the bill for the car....
