Question

Firstly, I've had a quote for a Concept 300 - fitted (Properly) inc. part (Solenoid??) for passenger door = £310 Any good??

Secondly, why isn't the 400 (Bark & Blackjax) Cat1??

Cheers

The Concept 400 was never intended to be Thatcham which is why the Concept 500 which has a similar spec is, for approximately £50 more (depending on the dealer). The 500's ECU is cased in steel, has a mostly black wiring loom with protected immobilisation terminals and a digitally linked battery backed siren with a sturdy Thatcham compliant bracket. Also there is some slightly modified software for Thatcham purposes. Well worth the extra few pounds as the siren alone as an option is around the 70-80 pound mark.
