The car I have just purchased has a Sigma alarm on it which seems to do the job. However, I would like full closure (doors and windows) and would like an audible warning for anyone who gets too close to the car.

My old RS's had Clifford's (concept 50 I think) and Code Alarms which all worked well. Having had a company car for a number of years now, I don't know which is best on the market.

Working off a budget of, say, £500, what you guys suggest which would be Cat 1 and do the above.

Thanks in advance!

the concept 500 is available at Motorguard in Birmingham for £450 fitted. This is what I am considering. It has warn away and black jax as standard plus it locks/unlocks doors and will close 2 windows.

Speak to Richard @ Turners Car Radio, on the London Road in Croydon IIRC, he will be able to help you out, i know he can do Total Closure on a Sigma M30, I'm sure that he could do a Proximity sensor too.

Thanks guys, I may have a little more to spend than I originally thought. I know Turners (IanW) on the Brighton Road - they've fitted all my Cliffords previously and the Amercian in car hi-fi shop in Coulsdon did my Code Alarms (can't remember their name now).
