That is very possible with that turbo, nice upgrade aswell as it bolts straight on in place of your td-04.

TD05-16g will need a modified front entry cover.

Great turbo, enough to make your gearbox tremble.

Upgrade your intercooler to an STi one too.

Ive just fitted a TD05 18g and had it mapped, its an awesome turbo mate.

I don't think Andy F fits parts but he does sell the turbo's and will recommend where you can get it fitted.

It's not really a hard job to do , you could give it ago.

And dont forget the remap, if you want Andy to do it you might have to wait a while as he is really busy(due to the fact he is so good). I ended up going down to liecester to get mine remapped by JGM

What does the 16g, 18g, 20g etc mean?

Which one would give the most power while still remaining safe for the gearbox etc?

Its the size of the compressor wheel, I think. The higher the number the more air it can flow but will also increase the lag. You'll also need supporting mods

Have a look here http://www.andyforrestperformance.co.uk/16307.html
