Question

big brakes?
tell me more...

I got scooby service on friday.
Pads being replaced
if they think discs too thin -- ill be after some brakes for under std 16" wheels - and not from a main dealer me thinks

Grant got a nice big brake kit for me with some EBC reds. So far very impressed. The reds are good even when they are cold and are superb when warmed.

Reds are one of the best pads I have used, but go near K/hill with them and you better have another set to get you home, mine lasted 300-500 gentle bed in road miles and less than 40 laps and were dead .if they lasted longer I would run them all the time.

40 laps you were lucky
Don't think mine even lasted that long
Avoid Redstuff the track pad that doesnae last 5 minutes on the track

SCOsaltire

I've got 20 groove discs on mine from 3G brakes.Well impressed with them and almost 1/2 the price of OE discs. They work well with standard pads or mintex 1144/55.

worth a look

Those discs look like they would work!

Discs were ok, so std pads fitted.

Thanks anyway!
