How bad?

Try rad weld. Horrible stuff but my original radiator went pop and I replaced it with a metal tanked wrx rad with a slight leak.

One dose of rad weld and has held well through 3 track days!!

Nicky has one with a very minor leak.

A stop gap til you get your re-cored?

Cheers Johnny, may give them a try if nothing closer comes up.
Paul, I have tried Dougsters radweld idea, but am not hopeful Its fairly pi**ing oot!!
I will be in touch if the "welding" doesn't work.

Did you not chuck that out ?

If its still there he can have it

Its only a tiny wee leak it has

Looses about 1litre of water a day

By the way I priced up getting it re-cored and it was about £100+VAT

I phoned Grade A and got one brand new for £150 + Vat

I am sure Glenburgie had them for £120+vat ?

Just bit the bullet & ordered a shiny new one from Glenburgie, so hopefully be here by the end of the week. Any fitting hints to prevent air locks and the such like?
