SCOTLAND Accommodation.
Help required.
Thinking about a couple of days away from the BIG smoke and tried to get booked into Arisaig (or as my mates wife thought i said Ailsa Craig!!!,not many good drivin roads there eh) or Mallaig but cannae get two family rooms.
Does anybody have any ideas of a nice peacefull place for two days (scoob parking friendly) within 2.5hrs drive of Glasgow?
Fort William/West coast preferable as its nicer.
For next Monday/Tuesday.

My brother-in-law and sister-in-law own the Inchnacardoch Lodge Hotel just outside Fort Augustus at the foot of Loch Ness - see http://www.s-h-systems.co.uk/hotels/inchna.html . Very peaceful and relaxing, fabulous scenery, thoroughly recommended.
Call 01320 366258 to speak to Guy, Joan or Frank Coombes, or email them at lochness97@aol.com. Guy's American, Joan's Scottish but lived in the States for 30-odd years, Frank (their son) used to race Indy cars. Spent some good nights with the locals in the Winners Circle bar there
Mention me, Brian Hunter, if you wish.
Cheers,
Brian
