Default Strange wildlife in the Borders.

out for a cruise with dougster when I spotted something in my rear view mirror. A small silver creature that immediately dived into the undergrowth when I spotted it.

Anyone who has an idea what it might be please pm Spooks for confirmation.

Wink Secret Over I spose ( before Dougs tells y'all)

a bloody bowel movement was involved LOL
OK secret over I visited the hedgerow its true what people say just when you need it most you loose all skill. Managed to get a front wheel drive corolla sideways and into the grass verge, no damage apart from shaking the missus up
Funny thing was we were on the way to Marshall that stage Oh and Ian we spectated this stage today at the point where you had stopped yer car to see If I was OK.... I thought it looked familiar
Many thanks for checking if we were OK and the oportunity to Marshall .....great fun

It was understeer Stiks. the back end came round and bit his ar**. Gave me a hell of a fright! The buch of youths up the bank thought it was funny too. Dougster and I actually slid down the wet patch of road while walking back to the car. No casualties and no damage,so all's well.

The boy done well!!

Top marks to Spooks for keeping up with us scoobs.

No wonder he spun it as I was reading out pace notes to Ian in the lead Subaru while Rosie was dishing out the biscuits in the chase Corolla!!!

Great w/e and thanks to Ian, Scott, Rosie.

BTW it got pretty messy after you guys left!! Langton watersplash was a little muddy. Picture taken on Ecclaw Hill at the FF of stage 2 today.

Tell the truth Doug. You wer telling about 270bhp and 250 ft/lbs of torque from some mystical wagon and I was showing you how to left foot brake and nearly crashing

Look at the stae of that! It is a disgrace. You will be getting your "golden chamois" award confiscated.

I had a great time too guys. I take it you will be up for some more marshalling then!
