Yes, it's still happening on the 20th

Finalising a few things, but the publicity should be rolling out soon.

Should be a fantastic day out.

Got the show and shine competition, with very nice trophies for the winners in each category, trader stands, hopefully some dealers as well!, visiting car clubs, the obilgatory burger van, sprint track in use all day, bouncy castle and face painting for the kids.

Best of all - it's FREE*

Hoping for a fantastic turn-out and fantastic weather

John

* There will be a £5 charge if you wish to take your car on track, but you'll get as many runs as you can fit in during the day.

Everyone is invited

We want to have as many different car clubs there as we can fit in during the day. After all, it's not every day that you get the chance to put on a show stand for absolutely nothing

All I need is a contact from the club organiser, with their own contact details (email, phone etc), and the number of cars they would like to bring. We'll then sort out the arrangement of trader stands, car clubs etc a few days before, and everything should work out just fine on the day.

If any traders want to come along, then it's a nominal charge of only £25 to set-up their stall for the day.

We're also producing a multi-page full colour brochure/flyer which will be handed out to everyone coming into the event (again free!). As well as details on the club, it will have details of the various car clubs taking part (that's why I need the contact details from each club organiser ), as well as adverts from many dealers/traders etc. The cost for a half page A4 full colour advert will again be only £25, or £50 for a full page. This is simply to allow us to cover the production costs, and represents fantastic value for money. If anyone would like to advertise, or know any companies (doesn't have to be car related) that would like an ad in the flyer, then they can contact me. Unfortunately we can't do the artwork for them, so they'll need to supply to layout for their ad electronically to us.

Cheers

John

JohnS - can you get in touch with Simon Buckden (sbuckden@seatenthusiasts.co.uk) who runs SEATenthusiasts.co.uk with regards to advertising... ta!
