I've got a set of tarox grooved disks and ds2500 pads lying around the garage if you're interested. If you do want them you'll need to check with Dougster first though, as I had put them aside for him last month.
They're used, but have a load of life left in them yet.

Got Pagid discs( grooved) and Ds2500 pads on mine ( WRX 2001), gives a better consistant feel to the brakes but there pricey, IIRC cost about £280 ish.
If ya give Midland Imprezza( where I got my discs) or TSL ( where I got the pads) a phone they will be able to deliver next day normally.
Hope this helps

Been really busy (for a change!!)

grant dont get drilled discs, they will crack.
grooves dont really matter that much, but can help depending upon pads used.
pads are the greatest influence in good braking.
disc size helps cooling and braking force but adds extra weight and momentum (if too heavy can cancel out advantage)
best to try and find the cause of the cracked disc before buying upgraded new ones (perhaps they were really hot and you went through a big puddle the other night?)
from experience i reccomend mintex 1144 pads with oem discs or pagid blue/blacks(or their new rs15 compond sounds good specwise) - scoobs may have good discs cheaper/better value than oem ones but dunno for sure - oem are good though.
do you have any luck with cars?
give awd a call... they sorted my brakes real good.
