Hit a kerb in the snow whilst being more sideways than is adviseable! Can someone local help maybe who have upgraded to 18/19's?
I only really need 2, but cheap offers of a set will be considered!!
E mail me per profile or reply on here if preferable.
Thanks

Clubby,
Would if I could, but sold my 17's some time ago. Just fitted winter tyres to the 18's two weeks ago. Can't think of anyone that has spare 17's from the lads out my way. How about trying Brian Downie at Kenmay to see if he has a set, or at least a couple.

Hi Jools
I will try Brian Downie m8. He has done an excellent job of looking after my car thus far. Even sussed the fault with my e/m light problem and fixed it recently.

I've got a brand new set sitting boxed up in my garage.

I was planning to fit these to my car, and then sell on the older ones off my own car (no scratches, dents, kerbmarks or anything, just a bit dirty on the insides with brake dust).

I'd only be looking to sell a whole set though, and not a pair...

Give me an e-mail if you are interested.

John

I'd be interested in one as a spare if the price is right. So if you can get a set of 4 and you only want two there may be a way out if we can find someone else who wants just one.

Talizman
The car is lowered, I would be a little nervous about fouling the arches with anything much bigger than 17's. I put 17's on my Catalunya when I had it, and although it looked better, the car seemed to handle better on the 15" standard wheels.

I would put 19's on if someone else was paying right enough!!!

Have a look at this thread for pics of STI7/8's with 19's (including mine! ) and you'll see that most are lowered with NO rubbing problems and massively improved looks.

Looks nice Talizman. I can get my wheels repaired for £45 each (2), so i'm going for that option. I might end up selling the car later this year, so not spending any more money on mods until I know If I'm keeping it.
