Bloody road works - 45mins from Schoolhill to Blaikies Quay this morning
Any ideas on where else I can park (coming in from the south) and walk to Blaikies Quay, thought about Duthie Park, but it is a long walk if it is raining

Could come in over the back (Cove) road and try parking up somewhere in Torry - two potential problems
1. Could be too near the road works
2. You might Never see your car again
Alternatively - get a boat

I think there could be a Numptie post incoming re the above
He posted it before I could getthe warning in
But seriously I might try parking amongst the fish houses, though I don't know if I would recognise my car when I returned to it, it would look like a dalmation in negative.

You might need a bigger boat for Blaikies Quay - the $hithawks are pretty big down there !
I'm going in tomorrow (Regent Quey )- going to Park round about Portlethen
ps Nice Hats

You don't need to tell me about the $hiteHawks at Blaikies, a black car and these barswtewards is a bad combination
Regent Quay is going to be at least as difficult to get to as Blaikies, good luck .

Aberdeen Council are absolute *****, digging up the roads in the holidays.
Why not park in Ferryhill?
Torry is out of the question, of course, unless you fancy getting a new motor!

Still a pretty long walk, but Marine Terrace - top of South Crown Street, turn hard right. Should be pretty safe there & no need for parking ticket. I live down at the bottom end in Marine Court.
