Question

Hi all,

Will be coming to bonny Scotland for a week soon for a remap and a trackday at Knockhill.

Question is what to do for the other 5 days?

Anyone got any 'do not miss' things that I should see and do and more importantly any great driving routes for me / scenic roads for the missus??

Any suggestions appreciated!

You can go in search for the "Loch Ness Monster" but I think it'll take you more than 5 days! Besides, the road there is nice and the scenery is beautiful and all nonsense. Perth is nice and if you're going to get a remap by John Banks, then you'll be up near Perth anyway.

Either that, try Fort William, there's a very nice caravan park where you can stay but they're not caravan's! They're bloody mansions!

Still, anywhere in Scotland is nice and friendly unlike where you coming from (Meow!). Scotland's a place of peace and tranquility, the air is always fresh and scooby owners just love it here cause it's always bloody freezing but keeps the intercoolers nice and cool for fast driving!

Some of the best driving roads in Britain have to be up the west coast. Simply stunning views and great roads all the way. if you're driving them on a weekday there'll be no traffic really and will be ideal for a brisk run north.

The last bit of that route, Inverness/Ullapool/Lochinver and above is excellent open, twisty, long straights type of road with f**king fantastic scenary - I did it earlier this year and had a blast ;-)

My old man lives in a small place called Achilitibuie - if you're up that way say hello to him for me ;-)
