We are running class 1 up to 1400cc in the "OPELCORSA" no29.
We are letting one of our mechanics navigate as a thank you for years of servicing.
come up and say hello if you are there.
PS if getting in the gate at the bottom end of the venue is a problem remind the marshall you are "servicing for car no 29"

Ingliston directions, round the back at the Quality Hotel towards the Airport, take the gate that is signposted with the Orange arrows and enter.
We will be servicing alongside XS Motorsports MK11 Escort.
Just look for the Y plate wagon with morrettes.

going by our event in Elgin last year we needed plenty of Mechanics to change a gearbox, panel damage and steering rack in 25mins.
2 of us done it and signed into time control 1 min early.
On the other hand DCC are still looking for marshalls for the event so sign in at the control building before 7 and 7.30 and it will be very much appreciated.
Let me know if anybody plans on doing this as i have volunteered to be the judge of fact on the event.

hi guys, my fault nobody found us we were actually no 26 sorry.
car went great all day and managed to beat Des Cambell in the no6 Nova and unfortunately Nik Runcie in the white corsa that rolled still managed to pip us to 1st in class but we were well pleased with 2nd in class.
Got some pics of the jumps and if i do say so myself our car got the most air between us,Puma,6R4 and MK2.
Just got new camera etc and dont know how to upload so if anybody wants to do it for me i can e-mail the pics 2u?

For future reference guys, a "Closed" event just means it's only open to competitors who are members of the organising club, therefore "closed" to any competitor who's not a member of the organising club. Nothing to do with denying admission to spectators.

I think H7 was referring to the level of Permit as issued by the MSA Ltd, which is different to the spectating restrictions.
AFAIK the DCC Stage may be a Closed Permit event, i.e. all competitiors need to be mebers of DCC, and "closed" to spectators for safety reasons, as GEORGEB said.
