Question

Anyone know where to get Toyo's in Edinburgh & a geometry check?

Orig text:

I've got an 01 wagon with 215/17's and recently noticed that the inside edge of drivers side and outside edge of passenger's (both front) are wearing unevenly, in fact pretty bald. Might explain my 90 degree slide on the M8 slip last week.

Car has only done 12,000 miles. Is this normal or is there a tracking/aligmnent problem? Or is it too many bends/roundabouts to the right too fast?

Tyres Bridgestone Polenza. What's best replacement?

Help/advice much appreciated.

Didn't someone say the Toyota garage in Falkirk does 4-wheel alignments?

Cool

There's a place in Sighthill that I've used a couple of times who do 4 wheel laser alignment. Can't remember their name for sure, but it's 3 initial (possibly CPM). It's a couple of hundred yards up the road from Pentland Components if you know where they are. Made a big difference to my car when I had it done.

Just checked directory enquiries and I tnhik they're on 0131 453 2698. They were cheaper than 70 quid too

Thumbs up

Here's what I'd replied from earlier postings......

Square Deal Motors in Falkirk are the Toyota dealers and they own a laser machine and carryout 4 wheel alignment(so I've been told). I got a price last year at around £45.

CLCM in Sighthill is another one to try.
