popped into the local courthouse this afternoon by request of the procurator fiscal. this invitation was extended to me due to my vehicles ability to exceed the speed limit on the local bypass!!

the short story is got caught travelling at 104.22 mph and got a 3 month ban and £200 fine

i'd say this was a result - any other views??????????

I had 112.4 on the M9 and was 12month ban, £300 & a retest so I'd say a damn let off.

This was in the 90's as well and now speeding is given a much higher profile in recent times.

the sideways attention grabber will be decided in march at kilmarnock sherrif court! this was for a little jaunt i was out in martine's bmw!!!!!!!!
