After being made redundant last week i need to find a job A.S.A.P... does any one know of anything preferable within the oil & gas industry (machine shop operator) but i will take anything at the moment.. please help

not yet robin but seriously thinking about putting myself throo it, quite fancy the offshore malarkie,do you know of any thing then?

Trust me after 14 years offshore DON'T DO IT.
Give it a try but i ended up loathing every trip
Are you fully time served? What area do you specialise in? Vertical boring? Horizontal boring? Milling?

no not tfully time served but i'm semi skilled, i've completed a few out house courses with cert's to prove it,Mostly on cylidrical grinder was just about to start training on milling ....employed with wood group for 6 years......then it burnt down so was made redundant.....not to fussy about the job i take as long as i know i will be able to do it
