I can't make this one due to being offshore
When is the next date?
About time I lost my track virginity
Edited to ask if it is possible to do a SIDC track day in my temporary car - a mk2 Golf 16v?? (Don't really fancy one of the Hot Hatch days.

All confirmed now I'm glad to say.
The cost will be a mere £50 for SIDC members, and £55 for guests. 4 hours open pit lane fun, at Scotland permium motorsports venue. Ideal for sharpening up those winter driving skills.
Should be available to book up online in the club shop later today or tomorrow, or you can post me through a cheque made payable to SIDC with a booking form.
See you all there

Steve,
I'll have to check availability of the tyre chaging van. With the RAC being on the same weekend, theres a chance they'll be busy.
However, weather will most likely be wet anyway, so standard road tyres will be the order of the day, offering maximum grip, and virtually no wear.

Pretty impressive Feature Car I reckon. 1/4 mile in 2.5 minutes so Crailthrashers beware lol She does love showing folk the photos of her motor. Wouldn't let her hear you call her a muppet though :-)

Kosy ,
Yup, no probs, I'll be glad to to take her for a few laps . I'll stick my wife's helmet in the car (I'm told some of the KH hire ones are a bit smelly )
Look for a blue STi UK or ask JohnS who I am .
JohnS - I owe you a cheque ... but you know I'm good for it
