My mate got caught doing 99mph outside Thurso on Friday by a burgandy Citroen van which has either replaced or working in cahoots with the white one which has been prowling in the last 9 months (usually Dornoch bridge). Even in this Northern climate I'm not safe and just a reminder this van WILL be touring around the likes of Inverness as well.
