Falkland Motorsport in Glenrothes can do that. They quoted me to do an up pipe and down pipe to my MY01 WRX. £250 for the bits plus 5 hours labour.
They did a small job for me recently, and the service was excellent and cheap too. I've never seen anything bad written about them yet on here.
