Unable to obtain Scooby Pack

Tried on a number of occassions to order a Pack, no chance. Asks for my address already there, three emails sent to "contact us" no repsonse!
What have I got to do to get this sorted?

The only way you can order a pack is by singing up to the SNPLUS membership. Please see subscriptions under your profile for further details.
