After stripping, bead blasting, powder coating and new s/steel pistons, seals, dust covers and clips, I am mighty impressed by my efforts.

One down, one to go!

Looking good, I'd avoid the £5 drive thru car washes tho. Powder coating doesn't seem to like the wheel acid they use. ;-)

Don't worry paddy my car only gets washed by me!

Finally all finished.

I was going to sell them once finished but now that they look so good and have stainless pistons, I'm tempted to sell my Budweg WRX Pro calipers that are fitted. A guess I'll get around £100 for them and that pays for the bulk of the refurb anyway.

Time for another caliper change.

Cheers for the comments guys. It's a nice feeling to have carried this out myself. With regards to selling, what do you reckon they are worth? They stand me at £160, plus quite a bit of elbow grease!

Without.

I would have thought £275 is a fair offer considering I don't want any calipers back in exchange. But in all honesty, I have decided to keep them. Hopefully going on when I get chance next weekend.

Having second thoughts if selling as I could do with the extra cash. What do people think these are worth?

I'm tempted by these but it would have to be end of the month.

Will have 4 month old WRX Pro calipers for sale shortly. Just going to clean them up and paint them black.
