cheers Russell
that sounds like a plan mate will wait till I find out from mags at ruslip tyres about the rotas
just got my coilovers delivered this evening so will fit them within the next few days.
how hard is it to roll the arches without cracking the paint russell
I watched a video of arch rolling is it as easy as heating up the arch gently and using the rolling tool gradually

Yh its easy.. apply the heat from inside the arch.. if im honest arch rollers are a pain in the ****, (sound dodgy) but i used a 30mm steel bar to start and roled it between tyre and arch at an angle once it gets moving.. take the wheel off and a block of wood with rounded edge and a hammer + alot of heat... took me half hour to do both rears. Mine went fine
