Default Diff

HELP anyone rear diff fill plug will not move ive put a breaker bar on it with extra pipe over the top,jacked the breaker bar up,hit it with a big **** off hammer and it will not move anyone else had this problem if so how did you get over it.

Please don`t take this the wrong way but you are undoing and not tightening?.

plenty soaking with wd40 before hand.

WD40 used by the bucket loads mate but its never going to penetrate the threads

Plus gas is much better than wd40, try tightening it slightly to free the threads then undo it, failing that an impact gun and big bowl to catch the oil should do it.

try jacking the breaker bar to undo.

The drain plug on mine won't budge, the fill plug was easy!

I've just bought this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1510469196...84.m1423.l2649 to get a better fit in the plug.

Get a air hammer action half inch drive gun will get it out then just replace it

I thought syphon or pump the oil out to save possibly causing damage getting the drain plug out.

I had to use my bloody legs to loosen that bolt, had to get into this weird twisted position then pushed upwards, finally started to come loose.

Its not the drain plug that's stuck mate its the top filler plug,good idea if it was the other way round

Yes mate and the right size,im going to try running some heat over it as nothing is moving it not even a impact gun
