Is there a thread or guide relating to impreza's on here that shows what year equals what version and what years parts fit others ect ?

For example mine is a uk 1996 turbo so is that a my96 version 2 ?

And parts on other years up till 1999 will fit mine universally ?

Three key types of classic

MY92- 96 Phase 1
My97 - 98 Phase 1.5
My99 - 00 Phase 2

Parts are often not interchagable. For example all those three phases of car have different inlet manifolds

Then with each phase you have

UK/euro spec
WRX jdm spec
STI jdm spec


MY95 - Version 1
MY96 - Version 2
MY97 - Version 3
MY98 - Version 4
MY99 - Version 5
MY00 - Version 6
