Hi from Malta! New Impreza WRX STI 06 owner

Hi All,

Just bought an Impreza and also just registered here

and wanted to introduce myself.

So as title says, I'm Adrian from Malta. My car is the Impreza WRX STI 2.5 PPP Hawk Eye, UK import to Malta. Reg used to be YX06MXS if anyone knows it!

Hope I can learn from here, make friends and also eventually contribute to the forum

seen quite a number of scoobs when i was over in Malta on holiday 2 years back

there was also a couple in the classic car museum in Buggiba

Malta - I used to do quite a bit of work there, usually for 10 days at a time.

Tell me, how well does the STI cope with the summer heat of Malta.
I know its not a big Island and all, but still, you'll not be getting a lot of air flow through the intercooler.

Very nice Hawk, I have been to Malta many times on holiday, lovely place but watch out as I am sure you know for the pot holes !!!!!!

Nice car, its amazing how many cars are imported to Malta from UK, when i was over there saw a Escort cosworth forsale, selling for double what it was in the UK. But isn't there a really high charge for impoting to Malta?

Hence why you see so many classic's around. Look forward to more photo's.
