My new Impreza UK MY00
Was browsing through gumtree other night and came across the car that was literally 2 miles from me.
£2,200, 10 months MOT, 86K from new, 2 previous keepers, full stamped Subaru book up till 2003 when it was dry stored for 6 years.
no rust at all on rear arches a genuine straight and honest impreza totally standard and original. Drives spot on.
from the disaster of my failed 94 wrx jdm project this really is a breath of fresh air.
cheers.

Nice one, always nice to see a good classic :-) but don't take the arches as proof that there's no rust, get under it and check the sills and get in your jack compartment with a torch.
Guessing it'll need a bloody good service after 6 years!

Yea the wheels were not to my liking so I put the gold ones on my failed wrx project before she was towed off to her new owner and got my 17" back off the wrx. Looks far better.

full timing belt kit, uprated oil pump and fuel pump, water pump, new alternator and PAS belts, spark plugs. Got new PAS lines fitted as they were shot. Drives like a dream.
