Default Oil and plugs decision help needed

Hi am new to the forum, my03 sti type uk ppp and is now around 350bhp was wondering which oil and plugs to use for my service? I have been told silkolene pro s 10w 50 any suggestions or is this a good choice? And which I prayed plugs do I buy? Cheers

Oil is debatable.plugs you wanna be using are ngkpfr7b

As above PFR7B as for oil Millers CFS 10/50 0r 10W/60 if tracked or driven hard. If you want to spend a wee bit more Miller CFS 10W60 NT.

I use fuch's 15w50 pro r in my sti engine 354bhp,that's what was recommended to me by ollie from roger Clarke motorsport,if it's good enough for them it's good enough for me.

Use a genuine black oil filter aswell

Cheers. The plugs pfr7b platinum's? And do you need to gap them? If so to what size?

As said oil brand is really a personal choice. I use millers 10/50 in my sti as it's the oil used by the previous owner and I also use the Ngk pfr7b platinum

I was advised to use shell helix 10w40, is this good enough for road use??

It depends on your budget, its not a fully synthetic triple ester oil. I wouldn't use it but that doesnt mean you shouldn't.
