Hurst Cars
Anyone had any dealings with Hurst Cars in Bedford?
Looking to change my WRX in the new year and they always seem to have a good selection of quality JDM and UK cars.
Prices seem a tad high but then they are a dealer so it's to be expected.
Just wondering if anyone has bought from them and if so how was the car / customer service.

Bought my type r about 18 months ago then part chopped it back to them a year ago for the S202. Can't fault Max, he is as honest as the day is long and he told me stuff about both cars that I would never have known.
I don't think you'll go far wrong. Andy

Got my Hawkeye Spec C from Max a few months back and I am very happy with it. Also Max bought my V6 STI Type RA off me a few months before that and made it a very smooth deal. Give him a call to arrange a viewing - from what I could see he only deals in quality examples.

Bought my wrx sti ppp off him 4 weeks ago no messing about straight to the point, car sold itself! Not what I expected when I arrived! The place is somewhat hidden rightly so.
Nice bloke can recommend, save wasting time with people talking rubbish!

Thanks again, can't believe we have 100% positive comments. I was half expecting at least one 'don't touch him with a barge pole' post in true scoobynet style!

I was very close to buying a car from him, he seemed like a really good guy on the 'phone. The only reason I didn't buy the car was because it sold before I could get to him.

Glad I read this, it's a minefield out there especially with these cars. I've never known such a complex marque to try and research. Hurst's always seem to have some great cars in stock. Just wish I wasn't so far away. Hopefully I will be having a trip down there soon.

It was a five hour round trip for me plus 1 hour looking at the car, took the money bought the car,
It seemed a distance at first but nothing compared to numerous wasted trips looking at wrecks!
