Default Help me price up a forged short block

I recently bought a V3 STI with headgasket failure due to bottom rad hose coming off and draining the engine of coolant.
Bought the car, pulled forged engine out and fitted cheap CDB engine from an RA and moved it on.

Now i'm left with this engine and haven't a clue what to price it for, for a quick sale.
What price should I be asking? and also the V3 heads I've read are worth a little more than the std WRX heads due to cam profile, value of them?

Can you prove the engine is forged?

£300 for the bottom end ? You'll get 300 for your heads separately.

I don't think the bottom end is worth £300.
Heads £250 max but with that history more like £200.

If the block runs well and has no damage then its easily worth £500, its had a new crank, bearings, oil pump and forged pistons fitted so with the exception of the rods it should be a strong reliable block if looked after correctly.
