A tip for UK300 owners
Took my head lights out to fit some HIDS on friday, and where the indicator lens has gone all cloudy on the top edge, ii removed the bulb then the 3 screw holding them on and rotated them then reassmbled so the cloudy bit was at the bottom and a nice clear bit at the top!
of course in time this will also go cloudy but it looks a lot better for now!
i thankyou!

Actually the mot states that IF the self levelers and washers are fitted - they have to work.
Mine doesnt have them fitted.
We will see what happens in march come mot time eh!

The wording on the MoT states that, "Any headlamp washers or self levelling device, if fitted, must be in working order".
The rest is unclear, BUT, there would seem to be a bit that states that the "bulb and reflector must be a suitable match..."
The above would mean you can't put an HID burner into a light unit designed for halogen.
