Time to sell my blob STi
Well I've had it a year now and it's time to move on + personal circumstances mean I need to get something cheaper for a while (had fast cars for 5 years now)!
However I am in a bit of a dilemma - the car is due it's service now and it's the 50k service (car was last serviced at 43k and has very good service history including a cambelt change previously)... Do I take the hit and get it serviced to sell or knock some monies off the sale price?
Some of the car details:
Subaru impreza wrx sti 2003 (blobeye)
54k
Mot: 07/06/2014
Tax: 31/01/2014
Full list and spec can be found here https://www.scoobynet.com/scoobynet-...my-scooby.html
During my time of ownership I have replaced all 4 tyres with Pirelli P-Zeros and had the front brake discs and pads replaced with godspeed grooved discs and Kevlar pads.
Bad points:
Passenger door has a couple of car park dings
Oil pressure gauge isn't working (hasn't worked since I bought it)
I don't want to let the car go for any less than £5500 - does this seem a good price considering the spec and condition? I've seen many blobeye Sti's for well over 6k so I acknowledge they hold their value!
Thoughts/comments welcome!
Thanks
Ash

Have the dings taken out by a mobile dent man - £40
Service it yourself - £100 tops
Oil pressure will be the sender - £20.
There are loads of imprezas out there for sale so anything you can do to make your car stand out will ultimately help you sell it.
Do the bits and stick it up for £6495 or near offer.

Perhaps you'd like to pay your £2 out of the proceeds for the free advert you've just sold it with then?
Lots of us pay each month to advertise on here and support the site, so I don't see why you should get the same for nothing.
