The spoiler is a gen subaru same with boot. Car was mega mint !! The driver admitted responsibility right away, he couldn't say otherwise. He said he wasn't look thru that mirror, he was watching the other side !!?!! Lol.
When his foreman came, he said they can't accept liability !! So I secretly recorded them asking all the right questions to obtain a good video with them admitting they had done the damage but can't accept it !!

I was going to say you should look under the bootlid and where the rear shelve is. What a **** to play funny buggers after when it's obvious

Most insurers insist that you dont admit liability, so dont take it to heart.

Binman - I didn't see it there
Paddy - It's a 1400kg Impreza Binman, it's not like it's a packet of ******* peanuts is it
Binman - It was at a funny angle
Paddy - It's behind you Binman, whenever you reverse, things come from behind you.

I can picture it now!

Good luck pal, I'm sure your rear strut brace was bent too right....
