Nice find. I've just had both my arches done. The old rusty metal was cut out & new metal was welded back in. Looks spot on now.

Who did it for you and rough idea on price - if you don't mind?

It was a bodyshop in Stretford, Manchester. I can pm details if it's anywhere near you mate. I had a good mates rate but his prices are very reasonable.
I had the old metal cut out new metal welded in on both arches along with waxoyl, sill repair, one alloy wheel refurb & front splitter painted & fitted for a mere £450! Bargain in my opinion.

Just had both mine done too, £450 with the old stuff cut out and new welded in along with a good dose of waxoil.
You can get 2dr rear quarters from Japan for £250, guessing after shipping and everything else you could add a few hundred more

Any decent bodyshop should be able to sort it for you mate. You'll Just have to get a few quotes in but you have to insist on it being welded as most places may just bog & fill it, which will not hold the rust at bay.

I had quotes up to £1250 to get mine done, seemed £850 was going rate as got a few at that. Ended up going to a place I've used before when in the trade who did me a good deal.
Seems its quite expensive down this way, I only went to places that I knew would do the job properly which as has been said is essential otherwise you'll be getting it done over and over
