Whats a gems ecu and why would you want one ??
Surely having your current ecu custom mapped is a far better option.

Is it for a rally car????
Drove a couple of classics with Gems Ecu's and think they drove horrible, The V4 STi with the gems I drove would stutter at low speeds. But thats why the gems ecu was designed for rally motorsport!!!

Motec is a good ecu, you pay for what you get, and Motec is not cheap!!!
Just think a gems is a throw away ecu, best place for it is in the bin!!!

Just have your current ecu mapped. No need for an aftermarket one.

You'd be better off looking for a used Simtek(Alkatek) ecu if your looking for MAFless.
