Default LPG questions

Any suggestions for somewhere discreet but not inconvenient for the filling point? Also I'd appreciate some advice on tank size; am I right in thinking that a 60lt tank would fit where the spare goes, and that anything bigger would need the floor to be raised? I'm inclined to think the bigger the better but I don't know how inconvenient it might be?

on my van the filling point is next to the normal petrol one, under the hatch.
its quite big though, not sure if it would work on scooby without looking

I had a ford corsair v4 years ago and the filler cap was behind the number plate, the plate dropped down to reveal the cap,an excellent design feature for such a crap car.
Maybe you could fit yours in the same place, ive seen a scooby with an LPG cap beside the petrol cap and it looks horrible. You wont fit one under the petrol cap of a subaru as the space under the flap is to small.

I've seen a few in the side bumper trim, doesn't impact on the cars looks, and is still fairly easy to get to.

Makes me laugh, when folk talk about mpg and fuel saving methods on a 'Subaru turbo rally bred car'

If you can't afford to run it...........

I can't see the issue either. Why would I not want to reduce the amount of fuel duty I pay to the government?
