Default How much power can one take?

A Blobeye 03 plate, Wrx Sti, How much BHP and Torque can a standard engine handle before its unsafe and you are looking at forging it?

400/400 if its in good health. some have done 500

i managed 441 out of mine on a T before i broke it for parts last year

was running fine for well over a year

My old jdm blob was running 450/420 with no probs. in fact it still is. Just with another scoobynet member.
