Odometer ticking over on standstill.

Default Odometer ticking over on standstill.
Yet another query!! While having a mess about with my Defis and AVCR earlier I had the car just ticking over when I noticed the odometer clicking on! The AVCR says I'm doing 8 mph even when stationary and I worked out the odometer is clicking over 1 mile per 8 minutes ish! Now I'm wanting to keep low miles on the car and this isn't helping! Any ideas????

have it to a dealer and get it checked out on their fault reader?

this happened to a mates car so when i see him i will ask him what and how it got sorted.cant you unplug the speedo cable for the time being?
