Redline magazine
Just wondered if it was only me, or is anyone else still missing Redline Magazine, even after all this time.
I couldn't wait each month for the new issue, & it never failed to deliver something interesting. I learned nearly everything I know about upgrading cars from that magazine, & no other magazine covers the topics that they covered in the same way.
I still haven't found anything else to replace it with.
Bring back Redline Magazine!!!!

Practical classic is a good read, full of all sorts of information and product reviews, step by steps, Not many of those advert pages either. And I'm not an old man either (23)

I found practical classic (or was it practical performance car?) always had tatty feature cars. Looms hanging out from under the dashboard etc.
I still miss Redline. I've kept all the old ones to re-read. Banzai is not bad but I liked the mix of scenes. You'd get a 2JZ drift car, a LS1 equipped M3, and a Clio 197 on ITBs all in the same issue.

I still have all my old Redlines as well, & like to flick through the odd one on a Friday night, when I'm having a drink.
I liked the articles where they would take say an impreza & put it around a track standard first, then put say an fmic on it & put it around the track again to see exactly what difference it made. Always made very interesting reading.
