There are a lot in and around Aberdeen, but this place is an anomaly for cars. Here you see hot hatches left, right and centre. I remember spending the weekend in Edinburgh and wondering where they all were. I see about 10+ Focus STs here on my way to and from work - I saw 2 during a long weekend in Edinburgh.

We have three STIs in the car park at work right now. One a rather nice hawkeye belonging to an engineer who is offshore.

200 mile round trip last weekend, hertfordshire to the fens and back mainly on the a1m, no other scoobies whatsoever! My wife and I resorted to spotting new 'Aston Martin' fiestas instead but that was too easy! Looks much nicer than the cygnet though!

Not THAT many around my end. You see em, but generally speaking are all in VERY good condition. Saw quite a few in Scotland.

Quite a few in Romford. Every morning I see a stickered up silver classic and a smart blue wagon, plus mine

Definitely not as many in the south east, compared to a couple of years ago. They must all be driving Audis or 3-series now.

btw, was following a 360 Spider yesterday - It was as quiet as an electric car! Whats the bloody point?!
MP4-12C is equally aurally disappointing.

In general don't see many my way which pleases me because when I do see one its normally a dog driven by some moron who will crash it or run it into the ground

I see a few newage in southampton but far from common. Very rarely see any classics or wagons though.

Where in Herts are you? Stevenage it sounds like

I'm in Apsley (Not Hemel Hempstead ) and regularly see other imprezas. Classics and newage.

I always wave, with good responses!

Well after all this talk, passed a bugeye sti on the way home this lunchtime near uxbridge!
These Aston, sorry Austin, Martin style front grills seem to be spreading too - I am sure the new transit I passed had one too!

I'm round apsley way too, so probably one of the ones you see occasionally. Think i am pretty good at always waving
What model have you got so I can look out? Mine should be obvious from my user name and avatar!

I posted a while back that since owning a 2dr Impreza I've seen one TypeR (another member on here when we arranged to meet) and 3 P1's. One P1 in Cyprus, and 2 just outside my work where Jap Performance premises were. That's in 6 months, so less than one per month.

Think I saw you the other day. I've only seen one UK300 around (I presume you drive UK300?.) I believe we exchanged waves.
I drive a blue turbo 2000. Red calipers, 17'' wheels. Looks fairly standard.

Haven't seen a single impreza while doing a trip to Skye from Kent two weeks ago... Weird.

Ah good point, not as obvious as I thought as forgot about the uk300! Mine's a 05 wrx300 but perhaps still who you saw. Your description rings a bell. I'll watch out though in future!

Right, will keep an eye out for this uk300 then too!!
Cheers for the compliment too, I like it but still miss the dark blue turbo 2000 that I had previously, so would notice yours for sure with a pang of jealousy!

Classics in particular have just vanished. Think I've only seen one in the last 2 weeks.

What I think is rare is seeing a impreza that isn't covered in rally graphics on a road car!
