I read in the paper today about an online auction of various items including helicopters boats scoobies etc that have been taken off criminals. Does anyone know the website URL to place bids? i fancy a cheap bullit-holed ferrari.

Thats no good really Paul. It will leak like a sieve. I can sell you a Morris Marina shell that has fibre glass panels resembling a Testarossa. If interested phone me on......on damn it can't remember my mobile number. Have to wait until Betty gets home. Best wishes Blutes

I wentto one of these once and it was amazing.
Merc sold cheap although the auctioneer explained that it did not come with the originalspare wheel as that had contained a few pounds of cocaine.
Amazing bargains at these but the auctioneers don't hang around as they are dealing with pro bidders who know the score.
I picked up a load of fisking gear for a cut price but I missedout on the big bargains.
Best ask your local Customs people they should beable to point you in the right direction.

A lot of the police recovered goods are now sold on Ebay by a company called IForce, they used to have their own auction site but now use Ebay handling the sales for several of the police forces. They also deal in refurbished items and end of line goods.
As with any auction, some silly prices and a few bargains.
