Default Which Turini's 18x8.5 or 18x8

I have desided on a new set of Anthracite Speedline Turini for my blue 07 Hawkeye Sti, but I am not sure which width to get, the 8.5 or the 8 inch.
Has one size have any advantage/problems over the other, and I intend having them supplied with Toyo Proxy T1-R tyres, but not sure which size to get.
I would be grateful for your thoughts and advice.
Thanks in advance.

Is your car lowered mate?

If its lowered, I'd go for the 8.5's as they'll fill the arches a bit better!!! If its not, 8.5's may not look right.

Not lowered at the moment but will be on BC Coilovers in the future, as 8 inch is standard will the extra width cause any problems.

I can't help with wheel width but the T1-Rs are an awful tyre IMHO, too soft sidewalls and not the best in handling either.
