question if i can ... i want to remove the air resonator box in the wing 2001 wrx with ppp just for more induction noise ...i can remove it and use standard air box with k&n panel filter i take it i wont need a remap...but i also have a rcm sivler induction kit will i be better fitting this but will that need a remap....i spose im saying is there much difference in the air flow goin in between the 2 thanks also on reonator removal is does it make any difference cutting the resonator chamber off and replace top part only or is there no difference if nothing there at all ....thanks for ur time

remap always will make the best of whatever you fit, but not necessary for a filter change. The ecu has IIRC about 8% to play with on the fueling so will adapt to small changes ok.
