Default using too much fuel

i have a 2005 blob STI wide track has a few mods just K&N filter, decat exhaust an map, an im getting really bad MPG
like 110 miles to a full tank while only hitting boost for a few seconds here an there other than that im keeping out of boost.

can anyone help or recomend anything thanks

As above that's way too low, bad fuel pump ? any strong fuel smells from the rear of the car, in the boot ?

If there's no smell of fuel or leaks mate you need to get her looked at running really rich can give your engine bore wash....

As above and bore wash is not what you wan happening!! It can dilute the oil down past its protective properties and knock the bearings out of the bottom end, as said get it looked at ASAP, this is assuming you have no leaks and no major smells looming. Pull the dipstick out and smell your oil, if it smells of petrol you know where its going

had it looked at today couldnt smell any fuel but got told my bottom end is knocking! gutted looks like a rebuild i think although its only a slight knock an knock sensor isnt picking anything up had a mapper plug it in a all sensors were fine apart from the MAF its not givving the correct readings.

Maff can cause it to over fuel

Yeah also need to change my maf it's faulty or its the lambda sensor trying to get my hands on them but still got to have bottom end rebuilt

110 miles is severely low, should be around 200 to a full tank, well that's what it's been in my current all my previous sti's, including a couple of jdm's.

I get 160-180miles on average in mine
420bhp so averaging about 16mpg
