Question

Yesterday, driving home all of a sudden I drive like a looney for 5 minutes. If I had seen myself driving like that I would have thought I was a dangerous, arrogant smart@rse. But I am normally very sensible. Every so often I turn into Satan for a short while, sometimes (like yesterday) with no real cause. Surely I can't be alone?

It only takes a couple of squirts and then it can take a couple of minutes to realise that everyone else is actually driving within the speed limit!

If we said you were alone would you believe us? Based on the number of psycho drivers on the roads I doubt you're alone. Hopefully you do it in a safer way/time than many others...

Thumbs up

Of course not, don't be ridiculous. Why would I have a Scoob if I was going to drive fast. I'd have a Corsa or something...

You're not the only one...

Had some turbo problems, so the car was behaving like a sick pig.

Fixed it yesterday, and I've been zooming around ever since to make up

Just be careful, and don't be daft in traffic!

I tend to have the opposite, a 'sane' 5 minutes where I cruise at the speed limit and am quite happy to, but then it stops and I dissapear into the sunset.

Wink

Ah, the well known 'sane period'. Usually coincides with a speed camera or police patrol car in LOS.

Agree with the odd sane moments also LOL

Trust me all Scooby and non Scooby drivers drive like a "looney" now and then, Cops do it every day you are not alone don't feel guilty, just be careful out there. Just remember that an accident can happen at any speed

What's more dangerous doing 45mph in a 30mph zone or 85mph in a 70mph zone? they are both obviously breaking the law and the same in the eyes of the law which is 15mph over the limit.
