Perrin's are top dollar bud I paid £1,380 for mine today, but you can import them from USA and get them for about £900.
On the other hand if you want a decent quality one then I have a brand new HDI Hybrid GT2 in the for sale section - it's for a new age though so if you have a classic no good for you!

As it happens, we've found during testing that ANY of the ebay front mounts are better than a classic top mount when it comes to charge temp.
If you're pushing power, and by that of course I mean boost and therefore a potential for higher charge temps, it's worth spending more.
We use Perrin quite often, they are very well made, and of course you get the top quality pipes and fittings to go with it.
For the average road car running 350 bhp or so, the cheaper ones work perfectly well.

Alan out of interest have you done any back to back testing with one of your big power build cars. At what sort of level do the expensive perrin or aps intercoolers actually prove their worth over the cheaper ones?

Oh. I thought you had to get a smaller one on the rad to allow the pipe to fit.
Will get someone to fit it and get it mapped after fittinga
Sc36 turbo, Set of Pinks, Walbro pump, Decats and so on.

I've bought and fitted an eBay one to my bugeye for now and it's working perfectly well, the fitment was perfect and it came with an alloy expansion tank to replace the old larger plastic one as after fitting the pipes in there was no room for it, I'm running roughly 330 bhp and def noticed the difference in performance and recirc purge

I've fitted a front mount from toyo sports for the sum of £199 with absolutely everything needed to fit, I know it's not gonna win awards but for the money it's a steal.
I'm going to Enginetuner in a couple of weeks for a remap so will be able too see how it performs as I had it dyno'd over Christmas so will have before and after figures.
Here is a pic.
Cheers Chris

Block85 Ebay only has the japspeed one available and for that price is laughable to say the least. I think cjquicksilver fmic is the same as mine, it cost me £190 delivered and came with all the parts to fit, you do have to cut some of the bumper away to fit the pipe work making sure it doesn't rub and it looks great, ill try and find a picture of it fitted for you to see
